#adidasunderground The Chemical Brothers Don’t Think
A couple of days ago the #adidasunderground space in Shoreditch London played host to a very special screening of the Chemical Brothers live film ‘Don’t Think’ which was was originally captured last year at Japan’s Fuji Rock Festival. Directed by Adam Smith the film was recorded with 21 cameras that were positioned throughout the over 50,000 person crowd.
The film was projected across a sweeping bank of HD screens and they utilised a soundsystem that made you forget that made you forget that you weren’t actually witnessing the events live and an array of lasers and lights that effectively mimicked the live show’s timing and sequence. Furthermore, over 50 make up artists were enrolled on the night to paint the faces of those invited like clowns to mimic the film’s footage and were each given a white adidas tracksuit top.
