DiRT 3 will include more cars, more locations, more routes and more events than previous games in the series, including over 50 rally cars representing the very best from five decades of the sport. DiRT 3 will has double the amount of track content over it’s 2009 outing and will see players start at the top as a professional driver, with a top-flight career in competitive off-road racing complimented by the opportunity to express themselves in Gymkhana-style showpiece driving events.
Inspired by the 90 million plus views video series inspired by Ken Block, the DiRT 3‘s incredible all-new Gymkhana game mode lets you unleash your inner hoonigan as you perform stunts and jumps in purpose built arenas. Express yourself in freestyle sessions or complete courses by performing spectacular stunts, racking up combos and chaining style points. You can also play or compete in online multi player and become a gymkhana stars by uploading your most spectacular runs direct to YouTube.
DiRT 3 also includes Group B rally events where players can jump behind the wheel of some of the most famous cars to compete in the sport including the Ford RS200, MG Metro 6R4 and Peugeot 205 T16 Evo 2 which sadly came to their end in 1986 when Group B was banned due to an increasing number of accidents.
